Stress & Depression

Most of us will suffer from some degree of depression at some point in our lives feeling depressed it's horrible, it saps motivation energy, optimisation and peace of mind and tends to make us withdraw socially. Instead, you feel despair, anxiety, regret, loss of confidence, hopelessness, restless sleep and exhaustion.

Things Can Change

Depression alters the way you think, stuff you would once have handled takes on a huge and insurmountable significance, little setbacks are seen as disasters, the future may seem bleak and pointless till everything ongoing stress tips into a kind of exhausted flatness which appears like indifference to people on the outside.

I can teach you about the cycle of depression, how you got to that point and how to stop it. It is wonderfully rewarding to see depression lift and people participating happily in life again. I remember Rita who barely left her room when I met her, she is now happily engaged and nursing in Australia!

Depression is learned, and anything learned can be unlearned. Some people know why they are depressed, while others don't.

but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort."
