Self Esteem

What is self-esteem?

It's a measure of how you think and feel about yourself in relation to other people. If you always imagine other people better than you, (i.e. cleverer, prettier, more popular etc) you will very likely lack confidence feel anxious and generally think negatively and pass up opportunities. This is really unfair to you! It means that you can't give it your best and life will feel more of a struggle than it needs to be.

False Perception

Low self-esteem is a false perception of oneself. If you have low self-esteem, then you are better than you think you are. This is the definition of low self-esteem.

Do you blame yourself for anything that goes wrong?

Do you dismiss any success as lucky or a fluke?

Do you feel uncomfortable/disbelieving in compliments or praise?

It seems more, and more people are suffering from low self-esteem, I can help you discover what caused these feelings and where they come from as well as how to move on from them. I have helped many people discover what has been holding them back, and as they develop a fair more realistic view of themselves, the world opens up for them many go on to have the courage to try new things, date again, find new jobs and generally feel happier, more confident and at ease in themselves.
